Now that the holidays are finally over, it is time to get back to my normal daily healthy routine. This entails but not limited to, an hour workout from Monday to Saturday, a gallon of water a day, and lots of rest and improvement time. Also, just a reminder that I eat two meals a day and sometimes I will eat some snacks in between my meals if I feel hungry before dinner. Below is what I ate in a week from January 2nd to 8th 2023. I will also include the times I eat below, and if needed maybe I will provide the recipes in a later publication.

I always try to eat as early as I can, so my food is very well digested before I go to bed. I am an early sleeper and early riser so I am usually in bed by 10pm or 11pm latest and wake up at 5:30 am 6am latest so I can complete my work out before I login for work.
PS. I work from home, and I will go into more details about my job later. I have been working from home for the past two years now since the pandemic started.
I hope my “What I eat in a day” inspires you to better plan your meals and please feel free to leave any comments and questions.
Happy New Year!
